Quick Think Formula sells both physical products and consulting services. Because these are different types of purchases, different return and refund rules apply.
Physical Products
We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper storage, or mishandling
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used allergy relief products
- Consumable, ingestible, topical, or personal care items that have been opened
- Products marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products, if offered
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@quickthinkformula.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Approval Required
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Consulting Services
All consulting services, appointments, sessions, assessments, and related service purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Cancellations and Rescheduling for Services
Service cancellations requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or account credit, at our discretion.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are generally non-refundable and may not be eligible for credit.
Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
If we offer digital products, downloadable materials, guides, or other instantly accessible content, those purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above if eligible.
Service orders may only be canceled in accordance with the service cancellation terms listed on this page.
Refund Denials
We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy, including requests involving used products, late claims, missing items, or suspected abuse of the policy.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us first at info@quickthinkformula.com so we can attempt to resolve it.
Improper chargebacks for valid purchases may be disputed with the payment provider and supported with order records, delivery confirmation, and communications.
